Meet Jillian

Jillian Lavallee

I’m a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) with a Master’s degree in Counselling Psychology, specializing in trauma-related anxiety and emotional overwhelm.

I bring both professional training and lived understanding to my work. Many of the people I support have spent years trying to manage their anxiety or reactions on their own — often feeling frustrated, ashamed, or confused about why things haven’t changed.

In sessions, clients often describe me as calm, grounding, and emotionally attuned. I prioritize safety, collaboration, and pacing, especially for those who feel easily overwhelmed or reactive.

Therapy with me is not about pushing through or fixing yourself — it’s about learning to feel safer in your body and more supported in your emotional world.

Trauma-Informed Online Therapy

I offer individual online therapy for adults in Ontario and across Canada.

Sessions are typically held weekly and tailored to your nervous system, goals, and capacity. While therapy is individualized, many clients notice meaningful shifts within the first few months of consistent work.


Session Fee:
$140 per 50-minute session
