
I’m a Registered Psychotherapist (qualifying) with a Master’s degree in Counselling Psychology, specializing in anxiety, trauma, ADHD, stress, depression, relationship issues and emotional overwhelm.
I bring both professional training and lived understanding to my work. Many of the people I support have spent years trying to manage their anxiety or reactions on their own — often feeling frustrated, ashamed, or confused about why things haven’t changed.
In sessions, clients often describe me as calm, grounding, and emotionally attuned. I prioritize safety, working together, and going at your pace, especially for those who feel easily overwhelmed or reactive.
Therapy with me is not about pushing through or fixing yourself — it’s about learning to how to feel more in control of your thoughts and emotions.
