Group Psychotherapy for Anxiety
Our anxiety group offers a supportive, confidential space where individuals can connect with others facing similar challenges. This structured, therapist-facilitated, group is designed for adults (18+) experiencing symptoms of anxiety, including generalized anxiety disorder, social anxiety, and related conditions. The group format promotes peer feedback and normalization of anxiety symptoms. This offering may serve as a stand-alone treatment or a complementary treatment alongside individual psychotherapy. Participant screening ensures clinical appropriateness and group cohesion.
Groups will run Wednesdays 6:30 PM-7:30 PM for 10 weeks beginning September 17, 2025-November 19, 2025. Cost $65/session
10 week commitment required.

Group Psychotherapy for Depression
This therapist-led psychotherapy group is designed for individuals experiencing mild to moderate symptoms of Major Depressive Disorder, Persistent Depressive Disorder, or depression related to life transitions, trauma, or chronic stress. The group integrates principles from several evidence-based modalities, to address both the dimensions of depression. Participants will benefit from:
The group setting reduces isolation, fosters accountability, and helps participants build a sense of belonging. It may serve as a primary treatment or as an addition to individual therapy. Participant screening ensures clinical appropriateness and group cohesion.
