My Approach

Maybe you’re doing everything you’re supposed to be doing, showing up for work, family, relationships, and responsibilities, yet something still feels off. You may feel stuck, disconnected from yourself, overwhelmed by stress, or constantly questioning whether you’re making the right decisions. At times, it can feel like you’re carrying the weight of everyone else’s expectations while trying to figure out what you truly want for your own life.

As a registered psychotherapist (qualifying) I approach with curiosity, compassion, and genuine connection. Together, we’ll figure out what’s beneath the stress, self-doubt, or emotional overwhelm, not just manage the symptoms. I believe meaningful change happens when you feel heard, understood, and supported as you gain clarity, build confidence, and move toward a life that feels more authentic and aligned with who you are.

What I Support Clients With:

Anger Management: Learning to recognize your triggers, regulate emotions, and respond to difficult situations with greater control and confidence.
Men's Mental Health: Providing a space to explore what's weighing on you, whether that's stress, anger, relationships, expectations, or the pressure to carry it all on your own.
Anxiety & Overthinking: Helping you step out of cycles of worry, second-guessing, and "what if" thinking so you can feel more confident in your decisions.
Work Stress & Burnout: Supporting you through workplace stress, emotional exhaustion, and the feeling that no matter how much you do, it's never enough.
Depression & Low Mood: When it feels hard to find motivation, enjoyment, or hope, therapy can help you understand what's weighing you down and take meaningful steps toward feeling better.

How We Work Together

You can be successful, responsible, and doing everything you’re supposed to be doing, and still feel completely overwhelmed.

A lot of the people I work with have spent years pushing through stress, putting other people first, and telling themselves they’ll deal with their own struggles later. Eventually, “later” catches up. The overthinking gets louder. The frustration gets harder to control. The motivation disappears. Life starts to feel more like something you’re managing than something you’re actually living.

Our work together is about slowing things down enough to understand what’s really going on beneath the surface. Not just what you’re struggling with, but why. From there, we can start making changes that feel realistic, meaningful, and sustainable.
You don’t need to have all the answers before you begin. You just need a willingness to be honest about where you are and where you’d like your life to go from here.
